ADMIN & LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
President, Georgetown Theatre Workshop August 2022 - Present
President of an 100% volunteer-run community theater with a 48-year legacy. Charged with bringing the organization into financial sustainability. Leading current efforts to establish new audience development strategies, build an individual donor program, and formulate a sustainable grant-seeking apparatus. Also working as the primary producer responsible for executing three fully-staged productions per 9-month season.

Managerial duties include: creating and maintaining production schedules, creating publicity initiatives through print and
online resources, creating and maintaining company website, creating and maintaining production and operating budgets,
working to build donor base and fundraising initiatives, artistic planning including performance, workshop, and
educational events. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of the artist by providing practical venues for risk-taking and
development, and strengthening artists’ ties to the local community by broadening exposure and access to the theatre.
